1. How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply email us at chafedsh@gmail.com with your order number, name, and email used at checkout. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with your tracking update.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is completely free, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

4. How do I start a return?

Just email us at chafedsh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
